HM80 High - temperature Pressure Transducer

Description

For general pressure – resistance type pressure sensor, the four force – sensitive resistors of sensitive Wheatstone bridge for control and measuring are manufactured in IC technology, between the resistors is isolated with PN junction each other. The highest operating temperature is only 125℃ due to temperature resistant limitation of the PN junction. However, the performance of sensor has greatly been deteriorated after the temperature is above 100℃ because reverse current leakage of the PN junction rises with the exponent of the temperature. Utilization of multi-crystalline silicon SOI technology to make force – sensitive resistor may expand the operating temperature up to 150℃. Utilization traditional SOS technology and advance SOI technology may expand the operating temperature up to 150℃ ~ 350℃. Utilization of state – of – the – art β–phase high – temperature force - sensitive material, i.e. SiC, incorporating with SOI technology may expand the operating temperature up to 450℃ ~ 850℃. This series of product adopts German HELM made internationally advanced sensor, provided with high – accuracy electronic elements through strict assembling process.
